Dear Comrades,

I wanted to take the time to wish everyone a Happy New Year, Health and prosperity for 2023 and share with you some of the upcoming events happening over the next couple of months.

Our executive has worked hard over the last 8 months to kick start our Branch and over the next couple of months our dedication will continue.

Some important dates for our members and patrons to note in their calendars:

Every last Friday of the month - Beans and Macaroni dinner $10.00 per plate
March 7th - Elections board goes up - Nominations accepted

Saturday March 25th, 2023 – Eastview Branch Honours & Awards and 75th Anniversary – Yes that’s right. Eastview is 75 years old.
• During the celebration, we will be honouring our Comrades that have passed during the pandemic and in recent months.
• An Initiation ceremony will be held to welcome our new members.
• Activities will start at 2:00 pm in the Upper Hall and continue in the lower lounger with a live music. More information to follow

April 4th, 2023 –Nominations board closed
May 2nd, 2023 - Eastview Branch 462 Elections Advance Poll 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Election’s meeting starts at 7:30 pm
*please note there are no nominations from the floor due to the advance polls.*
May 7, 2023 – Battle of the Atlantic Commemoration
July 2023 – Eastview Branch Canada Day Celebrations
